As the Chef de Cuisine at Bebemos, Lourdes is dedicated to showcasing the vibrant flavors of Spanish cuisine, from the artful preparation of traditional Spanish tapas to the crafting of the finest paella in Dubai. Her leadership ensures that every dish reflects authenticity and innovation, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience.
Chef Lourdes joins Bebemos, at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. She previously worked at En Fuego, Atlantis the Palm, as a Specialty Sous-Chef.
Her culinary journey includes roles at JW Marriott Doha. There, she improved her skills at La Vista 55. She also worked at Intercontinental Doha, where she learned about food safety and cross-training.
Chef Lourdes speaks Spanish and English fluently. She has basic skills in Arabic and Korean.
She represents the multicultural spirit of Dubai. At the same time, she honors the rich heritage of Spanish cuisine. Her diverse culinary and linguistic skills bring a unique perspective to the Bebemos team, ensuring an experience that is as welcoming as it is delicious.
